“I have lived in Detroit for 3 years and at Cass and Ferry for 2 years. I love this town and a lot has changed in the time I have been here. The apartments are in a good location and I use the light rail to get into work downtown. In terms of the actual unit, I live in a small studio apartment, which is perfect for me as I spend most of my time either at work or at school. The unit is in good condition and I haven't had any issues.”

  It’s a great place to live. The building is quiet and the apartments are homey. Management is great and if something needs repair maintenance is quick to respond. I would totally recommend living here!

  Living in Hadley Hall has been a very pleasant experience. The rent is very reasonable, especially with heating being included in the price.  The location as a Wayne State student is as good as it gets.  The building is secure with gated parking. Peaceful community.  Building manager is extremely attentive, helpful, and friendly. Makes living here very comfortable.  I would certainly recommend apartments from this building to others.

  I've been living here for the past couple months and things have been going great so far. Management and maintenance respond quickly to requests and are attentive to building's care.   A great place to live! Management and maintenance are onsite, friendly, and responsive. I lived here for 2 years and never had issues with my apartment. Lots of things to do in the surrounding neighborhood, and close to downtown.

  I've been a resident here since 2019 and love living here! Management and maintenance always respond quickly, efficiently and kindly. Building and grounds are well kept, parking is convenient and secure, laundry is great, Easy access indoor bike storage is a bonus and rent is so reasonable. Great location too!
